What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition and on time! If your order is ever lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer experience team via our Report an Issue flow by clicking HERE

Alternatively, if you ever receive an order with damaged items, please report your experience to our team HERE within 72 hours of receiving the order. Just keep in mind that we will need to know what products arrived damaged, and do ask for photos of these items.

We'll review the provided documentation and get back to you with a resolution within 3 business days!
