Do you accept phone orders?

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. Click HERE for more details.
What are your sales tax policies?
- Sales or use tax applies to orders shipped to all states, except for: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR
- Seller has collected the simplified seller’s use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and will remit it to the Alabama Department of Revenue on the customer’s behalf. The seller’s program account number is SSU-R011228197.
Are there any order limitations?
- We’re currently not able to process orders exceeding $650 or 60 lbs.
Cancellations & Modifications
Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order has been placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately, and aren’t able to make any changes.

Shipping Policies
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We offer free shipping for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $49 after discounts, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
How long does it take to deliver orders?
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. For orders with free shipping, you can expect delivery within 10 business days.
- But keep in mind that FedEx does not deliver Ground Economy shipments on weekends or holidays.
- All orders placed on weekdays after 10:00 a.m. PST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Do orders require a signature to be delivered?
- Nope!
Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO & FPOs)?
- Not at this time.
Do you ship to Canada?
- Not at this time. However, we do have distribution all over Canada. For more details, click HERE.
Do you allow shipping to freight forwarders?
