How do I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order has been placed and fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details at the email address associated with your order. This email will include a FedEx tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. While it usually takes 3-5 business days for FedEx to update your tracking information, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled and in FedEx's hands. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

If you still haven't received your tracking number after 10 business days, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact our customer experience team HERE!
