How do I cancel or make changes to my order?Updated a month ago
Our top priority is getting your favorite Dr. Bronner's products to you as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Please feel free to visit our Cancelation Flow to submit a cancellation request for consideration. However, this does not guarantee a cancellation.
If we're unable to cancel your order, you can always refuse the package upon delivery, which will then reroute the order back to us. Upon receiving your returned package, we will gladly issue a refund.
Packages can be refused when the delivery person drops them off, or you can drop off the unopened package at your closest FedEx facility. We do not offer pick-up services or return labels for refused packages. Just note that shipping costs are not reimbursed; only the product price is reimbursed.
