How do I cancel or make changes to my order?Updated 14 days ago
Our top priority is getting your favorite Dr. Bronner's products to you as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Please feel free to visit our Cancelation Flow to submit a cancellation request for consideration. However, this does not guarantee a cancellation.
If we're unable to cancel your order, you can always refuse the package when it's delivered, which will then reroute the order back to us. Upon receiving your returned package, we will gladly issue a refund.
Packages can be refused when the delivery person drops them off, or you can drop off the unopened package at the carrier's closest facility to you. Just keep in mind that we currently do not offer pick-up services or return labels for refused packages. Also, please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed; only the product price is reimbursed.
