If for any reason you are not satisfied with our any items from your recent order, you may return them to us within 45 days of placing your order for a refund. Beyond 45 days, we will only be able to accept returns in case of manufacturer defect.
At this time, we do not have an automated system for returns and are not able to offer return labels or pick-up services for returns. Unfortunately, this does mean that any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you, including the cost of insurance should you choose to insure the package. Also, please note that we do not refund any shipping costs paid on your original order.

- Pack your items into an appropriately sized box (we recommend reusing your Dr. Bronner’s box and packing paper)
- Place your order confirmation or packing slip on top before sealing your package
- Choose your desired carrier and ship your item(s) to the address listed below. We suggest choosing a method that includes tracking so that if anything happens to your order, we can follow it. (If it gets lost, it’s not your fault!)

Once we receive your order or it’s marked as delivered on the tracking, we will be sure to process a refund for any included items.
