How do I create a Dr. Bronner's account?
Creating an account with us is as easy as placing an order! In fact, placing an order on our website is how you create your Dr. Bronner's account. Since they're connected to your order history, you will need to have placed an order to have an account on our website.
How do I log in to my account?
Note that we don't use passwords for accounts on our website, so to log in to your account:
- Head over to our account sign-in page.
- Enter the email address used for your order(s) and select "Get Login Code."
- Check your emails and/or text messages for the 4-digit code to input on the login page.
How do I change the email address or phone number on my account?
At the moment, there isn't any way for customers to edit this information themselves through our website. However, we're always happy to do this for you! Just reach out to us HERE and let us know what you'd like to change, providing the new email address or phone numbers you'd like to use moving forward.
Having trouble logging in?
Since we don't use passwords for accounts on our website, all you need is access to the email address or phone number associated with your account. Generally, this will be the email address and phone number that were used to place your order.
If you're not receiving an email or text message with the 4-digit code to sign in, your account may have been created under a different email address. To verify the email address on your account, refer to your previous order confirmation email.
However, if you have no way to access your email inbox or phone to receive the login code, or cannot find your previous order confirmations, please reach out to our team HERE, and we'd be happy to help you out!
How do I delete my account?
To submit an account or data deletion request, head over to our Privacy Rights page HERE, and fill out our form. Note that to request the full deletion of your data along with your Dr. Bronner's account, you will need to select "Right to Delete."
With that said, keep in mind that any account deletion requests will only be completed 6 months after your last order was placed with us, per Shopify's terms. If you ever need to navigate back to this page, it's always publicly available at the bottom of our website, underneath the Terms section.
