Rest assured that we never process a subscription order without notifying you first! We will always send out a reminder email 3 days before we process your subscription order, which will notify you of the products in your order and allow you to cancel before it's processed.

We also send out emails for the following: Confirmation of a subscription, any order date changes, if a subscription order is processed, subscription cancellations, and subscription reactivations.
