Why is my soap cloudy or white?Updated 19 days ago

Our Sal Suds Biodegradable Cleaner* and Pure-Castile Liquid Soap turn cloudy when exposed to colder temperatures. Some varieties of our soaps or previously opened bottles can cloud faster than others. Sal Suds will turn opaque white and even solidify.

But don't worry! This is completely normal and will not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

To regain the clarity of the product, simply reheat the bottle in warmer water (but not boiling).

*Sal Suds cleaner shows >60% biodegradation after 28 days per ISO 14593.
