Why am I not receiving free shipping?Updated a month ago
Rest assured, we offer free FedEx SmartPost shipping for any order within the contiguous U.S. that's $49 or over after discounts are applied.
Note that orders exceeding our $650 limit or weighing over 60 lbs (such as 7+ gallons) may be declined or may not qualify for free shipping, and should be split into multiple orders. Also, wholesale orders and orders receiving a ProDeal discount (20-40%) do not qualify for free shipping.
If your order is over $49 and you're still not receiving free FedEx SmartPost shipping, we kindly ask that you attempt to troubleshoot your issue with the following:
- Check whether the FedEx SmartPost shipping option is listed; it may not be the default.
- Close any open tabs in your browser, then restart it and apply any pending updates.
- Re-input your address information manually (not through an auto-fill function), ensuring all the information is accurate and there are no hidden spaces.
- Lastly, try placing the order on a different device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
