Why am I not receiving free shipping?Updated 3 months ago

Rest assured that we do offer free FedEx SmartPost shipping for any order within the contiguous U.S. that is over $45 and meets the other requirements listed on the Shipping and Returns page of our website. However, please keep in mind that orders must be $45 or over after discounts are applied.

Note that orders that exceed our $650 limit or are over 60 lbs. (such as 7+ gallons) may not receive a free shipping option and should be split into multiple orders. Also, wholesale orders and orders receiving a ProDeal discount (20-40%) do not qualify for free shipping.

If your order is over $45 and you are still not receiving free FedEx SmartPost shipping, we kindly ask that you attempt to troubleshoot your issue with the following:

  • Check if the FedEx SmartPost shipping option is listed, however, occasionally it will not be the default shipping option selected. 
  • Close out any tabs that are open in your browser and restart the browser, administering any pending updates.
  • Re-input your address information manually (not through an auto-fill function), ensuring all the information is accurate and there are no hidden spaces.
  • Lastly, attempt to place the order on a different device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone. 

If you are still not receiving free shipping after attempting the above, please contact our Customer Experience team with the address you are shipping to and the items you are looking to purchase.
