When will my Subscription order arrive?Updated 6 hours ago

Our top priority is getting your favorite Dr. Bronner's products to you as quickly and as safely as possible! Once your subscription order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. Orders that are not expedited (SmartPost or Ground) are typically shipped out in 1 - 3 business days; however, we do ask for up to 7 business days for your order and begin transit.  

You'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking information once your shipping label is created. Keep in mind that you may not see any tracking or shipping activity for a couple of days as FedEx works to pick up your order. 

The average shipping time for our free shipping option, FedEx SmartPost, is 5 - 10 business days, although most deliver in 3 - 5 days. We understand that this method can be a bit slow for some, and greatly appreciate your patience. With that said, if your order exceeds the 10 business day window, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
