When will my Subscription order arrive?Updated 14 days ago

Our top priority is getting your favorite Dr. Bronner's products to you as quickly and as safely as possible! Once your subscription order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. Orders that are not expedited are typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days; however, we do ask for up to 7 business days for your order to begin transit.  

You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your shipping label is created. Keep in mind that you may not see any tracking or shipping activity for a couple of days as the carrier works to pick up your order. 

The average shipping time for our free general ground shipping option is 5 - 10 business days, though most deliveries occur in 3 - 5 days. We understand that this method can be a bit slow for some, and greatly appreciate your patience. With that said, if your order exceeds the 10-business-day shipping window, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
