What is the Organic Lip Balm's shelf life?Updated 11 days ago

Our Organic Lip Balm has a 3-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, which is represented by a lot code on the tube. 

While our balms don't have an expiration date, for the best quality, we recommend keeping them away from moisture and humidity and finishing them within 3 years of the manufacture date.

Rather than having a best-by-date, we have the manufacture date represented by a 3-digit lot code located at the bottom of the base of the tube. (Reference picture below)

There's currently no way to decipher these codes yourself, so our team will need to look them up for you. If you'd like to know the manufacturing date of your balm, please share your 3-digit code with our customer experience team HERE, and someone will connect with you to confirm.
