What is my Organic Shaving Soap's shelf life?Updated an hour ago

Our Organic Shaving Soap has a 3-year shelf life from the date of manufacture and a 24-month shelf life after opening (POA). The manufacture date is represented by a lot code on the tube. 

While our Shaving Soap doesn't have an expiration date, for the best quality, we recommend finishing your product within 3 years of the manufacture date or within 24 months of opening, whichever comes first.

How to read our Julian Dates:

The lot codes for our Shaving Soap are written as Julian dates, making them quite easy to read once you know how. You can always find them on the crimped end of the tube. (Example shown below)

The first two numbers of the code represent the manufacturing year (ex, 24 = 2024, 25 = 2025). The following 3 digits represent the day of the year that the soap is manufactured (ex, 24241 = August 29, 2024).
