Is the Organic Hand & Body Lotion kid safe?Updated 21 days ago

Due to the camphor content found in our organic lavender oil, we only recommend our Lavender Coconut, Orange Lavender, and Patchouli Lime scented Organic Hand & Body Lotions for children above 3 years old. With that said, our lotions are perfectly safe for young children above 3 to use on their bodies and faces. They’re nice and light, so they can be absorbed quickly into the skin.

Our lotions have been tested and deemed safe in toxicological assessments when used as directed, below the safety limits suggested by the governing authorities. However, all fragrance oils are composed of constituents that may cause skin irritation for some. Even though our products are organic, people can still be allergic to peppermint, tea tree, lemon, etc. For this reason, we recommend our Baby-Unscented products, which are free from any fragrances that may contain skin allergens.

As we do not currently offer an unscented version of our Organic Lotions, we recommend trying our Unscented Organic Magic Balm. Our Unscented Organic Magic Balm, with its simple food-grade ingredients, is safe for use on children and babies*.
