High-oleic palm oil contains a higher proportion of oleic acid than traditional Palm Oil, helping maintain the balanced fatty acid profile that gives Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap its familiar performance, feel, rich lather, and stability.

As part of the oil refining process, the Palm Oil can be fractionated to isolate the Oleic rich portion of the oil. This is done based on melting point without the use of solvents or processing aides.
