Creating your own scent of Dr. Bronner’s Pure-Castile Liquid Soap is a wonderful way to customize your cleaning experience. By adding essential oils to our Baby Unscented Pure-Castile Liquid Soap, you can adjust the scent to the exact one you desire for your home. Adding essential oils will not change the efficacy or safety of our soap as long as the correct amount is used and there are no known allergies.

Please feel free to also mix your favorite scents together to create your very own custom scent! You can mix our Castile Soaps or our Sugar Soaps. However, we do not recommend mixing different products (e.g., don't mix our Magic Soap & Sal Suds or Magic Soap & Sugar Soap).

Try to adhere to our recommended amounts, as adding too much essential oil to our soap can cause consistency issues, cloudiness, or separation.
