Do you offer replacement pumps?Updated a year ago
At this time, we do not offer pump dispensers for our Pure-Castile Liquid Soaps or Sal Suds Biodegradable Cleaner* products, nor do we recommend using these products with any traditional pump dispensers.
Due to these products being so concentrated, our Pure-Castile Liquid Soaps and Sal Suds do not work well in pump dispensers. We have tested a variety of pumps and dilutions over the years with little success. Inevitably, the pumps always clog. Instead, we would recommend keeping the soap in its original bottle and refilling smaller, more manageable-sized bottles.
Although we do not recommend the use of a pump with these products, we understand that many of our customers would still like to use one. If you are still interested in purchasing a pump dispenser for your product, we have listed the thread for our bottles below:
- 1 gallon, ½ gallon – 38mm L or M (38-400)
- 32oz, 16oz – 28-410
- 8oz, 4oz – 24-410
- 2oz – 20-410
Lastly, we encourage you to check out our Organic Sugar Soaps as they do not encounter the same pump issues as the products mentioned above and even come with a pump dispenser in their smaller sizes. However, they are specifically formulated for bodily use and may not have the versatility that your Pure-Castile soaps do.
*Sal Suds cleaner shows >60% biodegradation after 28 days per ISO 14593.
