Our Regenerative Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is perfect for consumption or cosmetic use and can be used for oil pulling if desired. To do so, we suggest using roughly 1 tablespoon of our VCO in the morning and swishing it vigorously through your teeth for about 3 to 20 minutes before spitting it out into a garbage can.
