Can I apply a discount code after I made a purchase?Updated a month ago

Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process immediately and are unable to make any changes. This includes adding a discount or issuing a refund for the difference after the order has been placed. 

For a discount to be applied to an order, the code must be entered in the discount code box during checkout, but before completing the order. If you're shopping with us on your phone, make sure to enter your code within the discount code box that appears after selecting "Show order summary" at the top of the checkout page.
