Can I apply a discount code after I made a purchase?Updated a year ago

Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process immediately and are unable to make any changes to your order.

This includes adding a discount or issuing a refund for the difference after the order has been placed. For a discount to be applied to an order, the code must be entered within the discount code box, in the shopping cart, prior to checking out. If you're shopping with us on your phone, make sure to enter your code within the discount code box that appears after selecting "Show order summary" at the top of the checkout page. 

But please hang onto your code and apply the discount to your next order with drbronner.com. If your code is no longer valid (as it expires within 30 days), please contact us to receive a new code.
