Are the Pure-Castile Liquid Soaps safe for kids?Updated 4 hours ago
The Unscented Pure-Castile Liquid Soap, or any of the milder scents such as Almond or Lavender, is great for kids! When taking a bath, add a capful of soap into the bath water and let your kiddo soak.
When bathing babies, we recommend adding a few drops to a damp washcloth to help maintain control of the soap. No true soap is tear-free, so it's important to keep soap out of the eyes. For washing sticky small hands, a manual foaming pump dispenser of 1 part soap to 3 parts water works great.
❗It's important to note that our soaps are not compatible with regular pump dispensers or automatic dispensers. We also do not recommend our Peppermint Pure-Castile Soaps for children under 3 years old, as the cooling tingle from the peppermint essential oil is quite strong. Additionally, Eucalyptus Pure-Castile Soaps are only recommended for adults as the eucalyptus essential oil may cause irritation for babies and children.
