Our office will be closed from December 20, 2025, through January 4, 2026. Every year, we close down for the holidays so that employees can enjoy time off with friends and family! 🎄✨ ❄

With that said, we kindly ask that you allow up to 4 business days to hear back from us upon our return on January 5th. We will respond to any inquiries in the order they were received, and kindly encourage customers not to send multiple inquiries, as this can extend our response time.

While orders placed on drbronner.com will continue to be processed as normal, our Customer Experience team will not be available to offer immediate assistance via telephone or live chat until 8 AM on January 6, 2026.
