7 oz Shaving SoapUpdated 18 days ago

Material: Polyethylene (PE) plastic tube, 68% of which is Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and the rest is Virgin Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Virgin Polypropylene (PP) Cap

Recyclability: Not yet - From the information we know, our shaving tubes are not recyclable. The industry is having ongoing conversations around the recyclability of tubes. In some cities, tubes made of certain materials may be recyclable, but this varies by location.

In the past, we have sourced shaving tubes with sugarcane-based LDPE, and currently source our shaving tubes made with 68% PCR PE. Using PCR builds the economy for recycling. We know this only addresses the sourcing part of the problem, and we are actively exploring materials to improve both sourcing and recycling impacts.

After Life Instructions: Empty tube, replace cap, and discard.
